O ISCAP acolheu a reunião do Grupo de Trabalho Digitalisation and Age Culture in Organisations, integrado na Cost Action Work Inequalities in Later Life Redefined by Digitalization (DIGI-net), nos dias 26 e 27 de setembro de 2024.
Anabela Mesquita foi responsável pelo working group 2 do Programa COST Action no ISCAP, integrando também os working groups 1 e 5. Neste âmbito, o ISCAP acolheu esta reunião, tendo Isabel Ardions ajudado na organização local. O encontro contou com a discussão sobre o impacto da digitalização nas desigualdades no mercado de trabalho em idades mais avançadas, sublinhando a importância da adaptação organizacional e do estudo multidisciplinar para enfrentar os desafios da era digital.

ISCAP hosted the meeting of the Working Group on Digitalisation and Age Culture in Organisations, part of the Cost Action Work Inequalities in Later Life Redefined by Digitalization (DIGI-net), on the 26th and 27th of September 2024.
Anabela Mesquita was responsible for the working group 2 of the COST Action Program at ISCAP, also integrating the working groups 1 and 5. In this context, ISCAP hosted this meeting, with Isabel Ardions assisting in the local organization.The meeting included discussions on the impact of digitalization on labor market inequalities for older workers, highlighting the importance of organizational adaptation and multidisciplinary research to address the challenges of the digital age.
