CEOS researchers Anabela Mesquita and Adriana Oliveira are organizing a working meeting of the COST Action, focusing on the theme of the W2 Group Digitalization and Age Culture in Organizations. The event will take place at ISCAP – Porto Accounting and Business School.
The meeting is part of the COST Action Work Inequalities in Later Life Redefined by Digitalization (DIGI-net) [https://digineteu.eu/] and aims to consolidate contributions to the project’s conceptual framework, prepare guidance documents, and discuss publications as well as inputs for upcoming conferences.
Researcher Anabela Mesquita, who is also co-leader of the W2 Group Digitalization and Age Culture in Organizations [https://digineteu.eu/wg2/], highlights the importance of this initiative in deepening the reflection on the impacts of digitalization on work inequalities at later stages of life.
The meeting will be held on September 30 and October 1, 2025, bringing together international researchers and experts dedicated to the topic.
