Corporate Finances, now developed in companies management context, have become a special management tool for the creation of value in firms.
The Masters Programme in Corporate Finance aims at providing specialized, highly qualified training in company financial management. It has a strong professional dimension, where the technical/scientific knowledge and its practical application stand out. Its objective is to meet the needs of those who wish to pursue a career in company financial management, as well as of those who are already employed and who wish to improve their skills.

In compliance with article 17 of Law Decree nº 74/2006, updated by Law Decree nº 107/2008, dated 25th June, nº 230/2009 of 14 September and nº15/2013 of 7 August, candidates may apply to the study cycle leading to a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance if they are:
- Holders of an Honours Degree or a legal equivalent;
- Holders of a superior academic degree undertaken abroad, and attributed by a member State of this process, after a first cycle of studies organized in accordance with the Bologna principles;
- Holders of a superior academic degree undertaken abroad, acknowledged by the Technical and Scientific Board of ISCAP as meeting the objectives of an Honours Degree;
- Holders of an academic, scientific and professional curriculum, acknowledged by the Technical and Scientific Board of the ISCAP as certification of the capacity to undertake this cycle of studies; "
