The PG in Soft Skills for Leadership presents itself as a formative offer crucial for all executives who aspire to a high personal and professional success.

In a VUCA era (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous), the challenges are essentially in soft skills, so investing in the development of this type of skills takes a special priority. Pointed by different international organizations and empirical studies as the skills that the labor market will need most in this new revolution 4.0, soft skills are essentially related to the domain of behavioral areas. This PG aims to promote with its participants a greater awareness of their individual characteristics, as well as the reality of different levels of social interaction, be they the other, the team, the organization or the society.

General objective:

Develop your Soft Skills skills.

Specific objectives:

• 1) To promote participants' self-knowledge about the level of their Soft Skills, as a starting point for their development as managers and leaders and then apply to reality;

• 2) Provide knowledge, experience and training that allow them to practice and significantly improve their Soft Skills;

• 3) Reflect on individual purpose and issues of personal, organizational and social ethics as a form of moral development.
