The postgraduate course in Management Tools for Business Competitiveness aims to provide participants with the skills, knowledge, and tools capable of contributing to the improvement of business competitiveness and understanding of the mechanisms of construction and business sustainability.

This course addresses and deepens knowledge in the field of marketing and sales, and in the field of strategy and competitiveness. It also aims to generate critical and strategic thinking for the definition and implementation of management tools.

The postgraduate course in Management Tools for Business Competitiveness is intended for all those who exercise or intend to perform functions in the various areas of management, namely in innovation, marketing, sales, business creation, and business strategy.

A professional and academic curriculum of the candidate, accompanied by supporting documents of curricular references related to academic, professional, scientific and continuing training components
